Whenever Gilmore swung his black sword he held, an ominous shade was left in its wake. It could disrupt the flow of time and cause past and future to intermingle. As he awaited the presence of his opponent, he began to wonder about their appearance. Would they be male or female? Strong or weak? All Gilmore desired was one with enough strength to present him with a genuine challenge.
