While it is easy to resent Iruen for his seemingly boundless hubris, one should be prepared before taking a stand against him. Iruen reserves his most powerful attack for those he has determined to be heretics, and not even their souls remain after being subjected to such overwhelming "punishment". In the Arbiter's mind, those who stand against him forsake the right to be reborn.

Arbiter is a person who is considered to be an authority on what is right, good, or proper; a person who has the power to settle an argument between people. Arbiter is a synonym for Judge and Referee.
