The purpose of Vesa's divine blade was to purge the land of evil and protect the innocent. Even if damaged, she felt that not using it to its fullest extent was the gravest sin. So that it could continue to serve its ordained purpose until not a fragment remained, Vesa returned to the battlefield. Though each slain enemy whittled away at the steel, the continually shifting edge remained keen.
