Sympathizers and worshipers came to Adramelech's side, desiring to be part of his mightiness. Though the idea of absorbing a great mass of writhing bodies and thoughts was discomforting, he would bear the sensation so long as their minds contained notions of unpleasantness. As he grew in strength, his mind gradually twisted and warped. Once he finished, his sanity crumbled and he gave himself over to chaos.
