The year Hector became king, a tribe of demons invaded the kingdom. Countless lives and huge sections of territory were lost. Hector became outraged and began a campaign to stop the demons. Thanks to his superb military tactics, Hector successfully expelled the demons. Even so, his anger remained. He decided to keep fighting, in the name of establishing a peace that would last for eternity. Though he lost many soldiers, he was able to exterminate all of the demons. But then he spotted a new enemy force on the horizon. "In the name of peace," he whispered to himself.

Hector is a latinized form of Greek ‘Εκτωρ (Hektor), which was derived from ‘εκτωρ (hektor) "holding fast", ultimately from εχω (echo) meaning "to hold, to possess". In Greek legend Hector was one of the Trojan champions who fought against the Greeks.
