Whenever the netherworlders waged war against surface dwellers, both the Grayhides and the Bluederms would stand upon the front line. Their ancestors were also created by the blue and gray smoke that seeped from Khaon's cube. Despite their similarities, they were often hostile to each other, and Khaon would be summoned to settle their most violent disputes.
