The chill of iron roused Aiola's fighting spirit, and the scorching gun barrels caused her body to flush with feverish heat. Before her, both pompous knights and wizened sorcerers would be perforated with countless holes. Casting her gaze over the smoking aftermath of carnage and spent shells, she was reassured that the age of equality had dawned. If everyone held equal power, strife would soon be a distant memory. Her weapons were a symbol of lasting peace.
Aiola (plural aioli) is a variant of aiuola, an Italian for "flowerbed, bed".
