The rose fairies love watching happy couples. The two people form emotional ties and begin to trust and love each other. The fairies derive great happiness from watching this process. They then pay it forward by serving as matchmakers between other humans.

Julia is an English, German, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish feminine name of Latin origin; the meaning "dedicated to Jupiter, Jupiter's child, downy". It is a Latinate feminine form of the name Julius. Julius was a Roman family, derived from a founder Julus, the son of Aeneas and Creusa in Roman mythology, although the name's etymology may possibly derive from Greek ἴουλος (ioulos) "downy-haired, downy-bearded" or alternatively from the name of the Roman god Jupiter.
