Selo's father, the king, was beside himself with anger. He immediately dispatched the army to bring back Selo. Yet Selo was unwilling to comply without resistance. He fought alongside a new comrade, the princess of one of the fallen kingdoms he had claimed for his own. Riches, honor, influence, even victory was no longer of any importance to him. He fought to defend the former princess not out of guilt, but love.
Selo is a Portuguese term for "seal, stamp, label" or a Slavic word for "village, the country, countryside; rural area".
