The swords were unable to contain all of the spirits' powerful magic and the abundant supernatural energy began to eat away at Jyria. Continually affected by it, after a time even her heart was dyed with blackness. Still, Jyria had succeeded. She had been able to seal away the spirits. At long last the curse was lifted. As the last member of her tribe, she held up the twin blade and ended both her suffering and the suffering of her people with a single movement.
