Queen Sabina, blinded by self-hatred and jealousy, allowed two unfamiliar men permission into the royal court, and the downfall of the land soon followed. The citizens became gripped by insanity and began murdering each other. Gaisal's folly was yet another unfortunate example of a single mistake resulting in a kingdom's collapse. Realizing his blunder much too late, Gaisal took up arms and trained his weapons upon his own people. The final act of kindness he could show them was release from their wretched state.
