A vessel carrying those of the barbaric human race appeared over the horizon. Their arrival was a harbinger for disaster, for it would mean the eventual mass slaughter of the sea creatures and the defilement of the pristine coastlines. Serena was loath to allow such a fate to befall her domain. Raising her trident, proof of her authority, she summoned a ferocious tempest. The ship soon capsized in the merciless conditions, leaving the occupants as prey for the giant octopus lurking in the waters.
