Avicin had dispatched troops on a large number of campaigns. The men he stood in front of thought of nothing else but taking the heads of their enemies. Armies feared these men, because those troops which Avicin commanded were assured to be the bravest and most courageous of soldiers. But more than anything, they feared the unfaltering and straight-eyed Avicin himself. Even Avicin's own men's hearts shook when they saw his figure on the battlefield.
