Few would allow themselves to be caught dead in a sewer. The Necrophagist is one of them. It's right at home in the network of drainage pipes and tunnels underneath factory ruins. Rather than being caught dead, it actually does the catching by feeding on the moldy rotten flesh of corpses it fingds. Lately though, townsfolk say it's taken a liking to fresher meat...
The word Necrophagist originates from the Greek roots νεκρο- nekro- ("dead body") and -φαγος -phagos ("eater of"). This literally translates to "eater of the dead".
