A gentle, timid creature dwells on a small, rocky island, forced to hide from the ravenous birds in small crevices. Burotte is a pitiful being, created by humanity in their lust for knowledge and cast to sea once their desires were fulfilled, still ignorant of her true nature. However, out of their prying gaze, she begins to undergo a strange metamorphosis.
