If the Imperishable Night curse was to be broken, the root -- Alfred -- needed to be extirpated. Though Liesel had not the might to accomplish such a feat, she was able to offer her aid to others who could. With a beam of concentrated moonlight, she guided all strong warriors, good and evil, to Alfred's lair. As she did, she prayed fervently for those with just and courageous souls to defeat the malicious vampire.
