Leonard was born to a distinguished family of honorable knights. Everyone expected much of him, yet his inexperience with a sword belied his heritage. Each loss was a burdensome weight upon his back. At last, his parents abandoned him. He had given up on becoming a knight, yet continued to desire the strength to defend others. His troubles were answered when he encountered a demon who offered Leonard the power he longed for. The moment Leonard assented, a sinister might welled up in his right hand.
