A country surrounded by neighboring kingdoms on all four sides found itself constantly at war. Every year, the country found itself in need of more troops. Leaders began searching for a way to create immortal soldiers. They considered many ideas, but none provided what they needed. Just when the fate of the country had descended into crisis, a suspicious man calling himself a sorcerer came calling. "You need soldiers that do not die?" he asked. The country's leaders, desperate for any solution, took him up on his offer. The result: Ostrova.
