The knight had been cursed. Try as he might to resist, the spell had slowly eaten away at his body. The rotting knight felt haunted by a sense of hopelessness, but then he heard a rumor about "Iðunn apples." They were said to give new vitality to those who ate them. If he could just find one... Resorting to desperate measures, he set out in search of the Trees of Iðunn.
