Eriselle called for the sinners' sentences to be reduced. As punishment, one of her white wings was plucked away. All the gods expected her to let out a scream of heartbroken agony. But their expectations betrayed them, and they found themselves in bewildered shock. The young angel was not yet twenty years of age, and yet she did not betray the slightest sign of the intense pain she must have been experiencing. Instead, she again called for compassion in dealing with the sinners. Not only that, but she kept the white wing that was a sign of her loyalty...
