Ramutal was like a queen to the people that numbered not even a thousand. Other than she who channeled their god, in that savage land there were none but commoners; none offered words of support and none would stand by her side. Still, Ramutal was tasked with bringing order to the chaos. Following the ancient customs, she hid her fear as she underwent the ritual. She would summon the god and offer her life as sacrifice, for she had no choice.
