Shadow Warrior Tadaomi

Lore[]

One can rest assured that if there are those plotting wicked schemes in secret, there also exists avengers of justice to cut down such schemes. When "The Hidden Clan" begins to move, evil's blood runs cold with fear. Night after night, Tadaomi and his men take their position behind the enemy under the cover of darkness. There is no sound accompanying the bright flash as Tadaomi draws his sword, and no sooner does blood begin to gush from the cloven corpse than has he disappeared, leaving naught but death behind.

Name origin[]

Tadaomi is a Japanese masculine name. A two element name where tadao is "faithful, loyal, devoted" (can be separate name with meaning "loyal man") and mi means "sea", "self" or "truth". In feminine names ending mi means "beautiful".

Historically katana were one of the traditionally made Japanese swords that were used in feudal Japan, also commonly referred to as a "samurai sword". The katana is characterized by its distinctive appearance: a curved, slender, single-edged blade with a circular or squared guard and long grip to accommodate two hands. The kanji 刀 for katana originally means "dao" or 'knife/saber" in Chinese.
