Everyone on Neotellus has been taught to be wary of these cretins. They appear when people are enjoying the cool waters of the lakes or fishing in the rivers. Their idea of "play" is dragging unsuspecting souls down to the depths. As soon as anyone feels a foreboding chill pierce the waterfront, everyone in the area immediately heads inland to avoid an unfortunate end.
