Once I lock a card, it seems to like to stay locked. I go into the cards menu, select it, hit "unlock this card," which sometimes works & sometimes needs to be repeated, then "back." And when I get back, it's locked again. WTF?

i've noticed this bug as well. I believe it may be a delay in the appearance. If a card is locked, try selecting the unlocking option once and then see if it is selectable from whatever screen you're trying to interact with (evolve menu, enhance menu).
For me, the card still had the appearance as being locked when still in the card listing menu, but i could go to the evolve screen and select it. When I went back to the card listing menu, it was properly showed as unlocked.
If you try to get to get the card to show as unlocked without leaving the card listing menu (doing the unlock option twice), it is behaving and will later show as the card being still locked (1st click = unlock, 2nd click = relock).
Yup, same goes for locking the cards; must be a glitch.
Lol - everybody is so impatient... It is likely one of a few reasons:
1. You locked it (or due to lag you hit 'unlock' twice and actually re-locked it)
2. It is in your Colosseo deck (you have to go into Colosseo and remove from your primary or secondary deck)
3. The Devs locked it (sometimes they do this - look for a message about it)
4. It is Bound (not the same as 'locked' but you can't trade it)
Anybody know what's going on with Ian at the Forefront? Is it frozen right now? Or is it a bound card?
His card page says that the Reg version is bound... I don't know other than that.
The Ian gotten as a bonus for drawing the pack is bound - if you pulled one from the card pack after, it isn't.
Good to know... Although that makes me curious - shouldn't the PM be unbound regardless?
Yes, the PM is unbound. I should mention I'm on Android, I don't know about iOS.
